I am a Full Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University. I am the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transaction on Visualization and Computer Graphics. Currently I am leading the Graphics and Visualization Study (GRAVITY) research group. Our research interests include data analysis and visualization, machine learning, computer graphics, and high performance computing. I joined Ohio State in 1999. Before that, I worked at NASA Ames Research Center from 1996 to 1999. I received my Ph.D from the Scientific Computing and Imaging Group at University of Utah in 1998, MS from State University of New York at Stony Brook, and BS from National Taiwan University.
